📄️ Targets Overview
A Target is a logical group of AWS resources that frugally.app can act on. Targets are defined by service type, AWS regions, and tag filters, and are scoped to one or more Connections.
📄️ Supported Services
frugally.app supports six AWS services for automation. Each service has specific actions available and requires corresponding IAM permissions on the Connection's role.
📄️ Tag Filtering
Tag filtering lets you precisely select which AWS resources a Target should include. Instead of managing individual resources, you define tag rules and frugally.app automatically matches current and future resources that satisfy those rules.
📄️ Dry Runs
A dry run lets you preview what an Execution would do without actually changing any resources. It is the safest way to validate your Target configuration before scheduling real actions.
